Social Media Content definition

Social Media Content means and includes any materials, documents, photographs, graphics and other information that is created, posted, or transmitted using social media.
Social Media Content means all intellectual property rights (including all rights under copyright, trademark, trade name and trade dress law and all rights to s▇▇ for past infringements thereof) in the content hosted at or used by, or services provided using, any Social Media Accounts (including, for avoidance of doubt, any Developed Works (as defined below)), that Licensor may have, including all graphics, photographs, images, audio, video, logos, and other multimedia and text.
Social Media Content means and includes any materials, documents, photographs, graphics, and other information that is created, posted, distributed, or transmitted using social media Internet sites or social media tools.

Examples of Social Media Content in a sentence

  • In the event Soul Machines determines that any Social Media Content should be removed from any Social Media Platform, Customer will (and will require that its Permitted Users, End Users and sublicensees will) take all steps necessary to remove or disable access to such Social Media Content.

  • The Company Products do not present Social Media Content in a manner that suggests that the Social Media Content originated from the Company.

  • Customer agrees and acknowledges that Soul Machines and/or its Affiliates and/or their licensors own and retain all rights, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the Social Media Content.

  • Use of the Social Media Content must not breach the user agreement of any Social Media Platforms used, or infringe any third party rights or breach any obligations of confidence, privacy or any other laws.

  • Developer makes the following representations and warranties to the Customer: Sole and exclusive creator Developer / Marketer will be the sole and exclusive creator of the Social Media Content and has not created any such materials as a joint work with any other party, through independent contractors, or in any other way that would give any other party any rights in and to the Content.


More Definitions of Social Media Content

Social Media Content means the text, audio, video, images, podcasts, and other communications or content made available by a third party via the Internet using various online technologies that enable Persons to publish, communicate and/or share information and resources as authors, publishers and/or consumers and information derived from such communications or content by applying analytics.
