Software Modification definition

Software Modification means modification made to a Device’s operating system not undertaken or authorised by Samsung and includes software modification known as ‘jail-breaking’ and ‘rooting’.
Software Modification means any products resulting from Integration Services, modification, tailoring, and or customization of Software excluding Maintenance Releases, Enhancements or New Versions, performed to Software by or on behalf of the Consultant for the Project as set forth in the Lots.
