Software Programs definition

Software Programs means computer programs (whether in source code, object code or other form), including any and all software implementations of algorithms, models and methodologies, and all documentation, including user manuals and training materials, related to any of the foregoing.
Software Programs has the meaning set forth in Section 4(l) below.
Software Programs means the software program a Member uses to provide online tax return preparation and filing services to taxpayers.

  • The Software Programs provided by means of the Service, including source code, documentation, appearance, structure and organization are proprietary products of LINBIT and others and are protected by copyright and other laws.
