  • The Parties further agree that, in the case of the Sole Source Process, the General Contractor for the Project shall award subcontracts for the Project to Subcontractors by competitive bid or solicitation in accordance with CVMC §2.56.160(H)(2)(d) (Developer-Performed Public Works) (“Competitive Bid or Solicitation Process”).

  • Sole source procurement means a procurement without competition pursuant to a determination under Subsection 63G-6a-802(1)(a) that there is only one source for the procurement item.

  • RFP Process or “Bidding Process” means the process governing the submission and evaluation of the Bids as set out in the RFP itself;

  • Sole Source means a contractor providing goods or services of such a unique nature or sole availability at the location required that the contractor is clearly and justifiably the only practicable source to provide the goods or services. (RCW 39.26.010)
