Source Codes definition

Source Codes means the ___ (_) source codes for the Licensed Software in disc and hard copy formats, and all related documentation, including but not limited to flow charts, explanatory notes and other documentation used with such source codes.
Source Codes means the source codes which are included in or relate to the Software and the source codes which are included in or relate to the Third Party Software in each case deposited on magnetic media, all information in human readable form necessary to enable a reasonably skilled programmer or analyst to maintain or enhance the Software and the Third Party Software without the assistance of any other person or reference to any other materials, including, all maintenance tools (test programs and program specifications), proprietary or third party system utilities (compiler and assembler descriptions), a description of the system/program generation and all comments, logic manuals and flow charts made by developers of such source codes which relate to such source codes.
Source Codes is a generic term refers to any collection of computer instructions written using some human-readable computer language. It specifically references the source code of the software (e.g. SAFE) covered by this ▇▇▇▇.
