Examples of Source Database in a sentence

  • Turnitin shall have no obligation to indemnify Institution under this Section to the extent the infringement claim arises from (i) any content or other intellectual property provided by Institution or any other third party, including third party content contained in the Source Database; (ii) Institution’s failure to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement; or (iii) any matter for which Institution is obligated to indemnify Turnitin hereunder.

  • Sections 5 (Turnitin Data Usage Rights); 7 (Reports and Source Database); 15 (Proprietary Rights; Ownership); 19.2.4 (Rights and Obligations upon Termination) through 19.2.7 (Survival); and 20 (Confidentiality) shall survive any expiration or termination of the Agreement, regardless of the reason for such termination, and shall continue in full force and effect thereafter.

  • Per Service (a)(i), (ii) and (iii), 7 Reports and Source Database, 8 Turnitin Obligations (a) and (b), 9 Ownership, 12 Term, Autorenewal, and Termination, 13 Availability, 14 Confidentiality, 15 Warranty and Disclaimer (b)- (e), 16 Indemnification, and 17 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution shall survive any expiration or termination of this Agreement, regardless of the reason for such termination, and shall continue in full force and effect thereafter.

  • You are not allowed to use third party software which is designed to replicate, run or operate in conjunction with the Software and/or Source Database without MTE’s written consent.
