Source Inspections definition

Source Inspections means that term as defined in the Quality Framework (Attachment 15).

Examples of Source Inspections in a sentence

  • First Article and Source Inspections shall be conducted in compliance with Section 3 of Attachment 15 (Quality Framework).

  • Nortel Networks or a designated third party may perform Source Inspections of those business systems and processes of a Flextronics or subcontractor facility that are specifically dedicated to provision of the Production Effort and the Services.

  • First Article and Source Inspections shall be conducted in compliance with the QRD and Quality Framework and the documents and procedures referred to therein.

  • Source Inspections may be discontinued or reinstated, depending upon the shipped Product quality level, at the reasonable discretion of Company.

  • All such equipment and records shall be subject to review by the Buyer (and possibly the Government) and shall be available for use at the time of First Article submission, or on-site Source Inspections.

  • NEC (and its Contract Manufacturer) shall provide Stratus with its reasonable cooperation and assistance in Stratus’ Source Inspections.

  • MEMC may participate, as it deems necessary, in Source Inspections.

  • If any such Source Inspections are performed, Solectron shall provide Customer’s inspector(s) with reasonable access to facilities and assistance (***).

  • Source Inspections paid for by Supplier may be discontinued or reinstated, dependent upon the shipped Product quality level, at the reasonable discretion of Company.

  • If the Product inspection performance results do not meet Company’s Specifications, after an agreed upon period of time or number of lots inspected, as specified in the applicable Product Plan, the cost of continued Source Inspections shall be borne by Supplier.

Related to Source Inspections

  • Home inspection means the on-site, physical review of the home of an applicant to assure the applicant and the home meets all health and safety requirements within these rules.

  • Lead inspection means a surface-by-surface investigation to determine the presence of lead-based

  • Maintenance Inspection Report shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 15.2; “Maintenance Manual” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 10.7; “Maintenance Programme” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.3; “Maintenance Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.
