To support City’s diversion goals and Contractor’s Diversion Requirements as set forth in Section 748 8.01.1, Contractor is only required to collect and process Recyclable Materials if they have been separated 749 by the Service Recipient from Garbage and Organic Waste and will only be required to collect Organic Waste 750 if it has been Source Separated by the Service Recipient from Garbage and Recyclable Materials.
