Specified Index means any Index in respect of which USD- denominated options contracts are traded on an exchange located in the United States If there is an Index Modification:

  • The Daily Forward Settlement for any day shall equal (x) the Specified Index Price for such month minus the Daily Value multiplied by the (y) Daily Produced volume.
