Examples of Specified Items in a sentence

  • In accordance with Public Contract Code §3400, the District will not consider or accept alternatives or substitutions for any Specified Items so identified.

  • The Contractor shall reimburse the District for all costs and expenses incurred by the District to review a proposed substitution for Specified Items.
