Specified Operating Environment definition

Specified Operating Environment is the Machines and Programs with which a Program is designed to operate, as described in the Program's Specifications.
Specified Operating Environment means the machines and programs with which the SanFrancisco Product is designed to operate, as described in the applicable Specifications.

  • IBM warrants that each warranted ICA Program, when used in the Specified Operating Environment, will conform to its Specifications.

  • These warranties will have no legal effect if the Products or Services are misused, damaged by accident, modified, operated in other than the Specified Operating Environment, placed in an unsuitable physical or operating environment, maintained improperly by you or caused to fail by a product for which we are not responsible.

  • However, for us to assist you, we must be able to reproduce your reported problem in the Specified Operating Environment.

  • The warranties stated above will not apply to the extent that there has been misuse (including but not limited to use of any Product capacity or capability, other than that authorized by Autani in writing), accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, operation in other than the Specified Operating Environment, improper maintenance by Buyer, or failure caused by a product for which Autani is not responsible.

  • For each Program, Chordiant warrants for a period specified in Exhibit 3 or for a greater period, if any, as specified in a Transaction Document, from the date of delivery to the Customer that the Program as delivered by Chordiant, will substantially perform the functions described in the user guides and manuals for installation and use of the Program in all material respects when operated in the Specified Operating Environment.


More Definitions of Specified Operating Environment

Specified Operating Environment. The Program's specifications and specified operating environment information may be found in documentation accompanying the Program, if available, such as a read-me file, or other information published by IBM, such as an announcement letter.
Specified Operating Environment is the Designated Hardware and Software with which Software is designed to operate, as described in the Software's Specifications. TRANSACTION DOCUMENT is defined in Section 1.2.
Specified Operating Environment means the hardware and software with which the Software is designed to operate, as described in the Documentation for the Software.

Related to Specified Operating Environment

  • Operating Environment means, collectively, the platform, environment and conditions on, in or under which the Software is intended to be installed and operate, as set forth in the Statement of Work, including such structural, functional and other features, conditions and components as hardware, operating software and system architecture and configuration.

  • Natural environment means the air, land and water, or any combination or part thereof, of the Province of Ontario; (“environnement naturel”)

  • Customer Environment means Customer’s data network/equipment and premises environment.
