Specified Role definition

Specified Role means any role which, pursuant to the Youth Development Rules, requires the person fulfilling that role to hold an up to date UEFA B or UEFA A Licence (or equivalents or replacements to those qualifications) as a minimum.
Specified Role means a role which is specified for the purposes of section 18(4)(b) by regulation 56(1);
Specified Role means any functional role as a social worker covered by the pay extension as follows:

Related to Specified Role

  • Specified Rate means, on any day, the sum of:

  • Specified Representations means the representations and warranties of the Borrower set forth in Section 3.01 (relating to corporate existence and corporate power and authority of the Obligors); Section 3.02 (relating to enforceability of the Loan Documents); Section 3.03(b) (relating to no conflicts with organizational documents (limited to the execution, delivery and performance of the Loan Documents, incurrence of Indebtedness thereunder and the granting of guarantees and security interests in respect thereof)); Section 3.07; Section 3.11; and Section 3.16.

  • Specified Refinancing Term Loans means Specified Refinancing Debt constituting term loans.

  • Specified Refinancing Debt has the meaning specified in Section 2.18(a).

  • Specified Acquisition Agreement Representations means such of the representations and warranties in the Acquisition Agreement made by the Acquired Company with respect to the Acquired Company and its subsidiaries as are material to the interests of the Lenders, but only to the extent that the Borrower (and/or its applicable Affiliate) has the right to terminate its and/or such Affiliate’s obligations under the Acquisition Agreement as a result of a breach of such representations in the Acquisition Agreement.
