Specified State definition

Specified State means any one of (a) Canada, (b) The Netherlands, (c) Luxembourg and (d) the United States of America.
Specified State means, England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, Canada, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, Sweden, Belgium, Japan, Singapore, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and Ireland, or any other country approved by Agent in its sole discretion.
Specified State means any State which provides for a statutory lien of distraint in favor of a lessor of real property that is prior to the Liens of Agent hereunder.

  • Should any dispute arise in connection with the construction, interpretation, performance or enforcement of the provisions of this Agreement, Each of the parties hereto agree that any such action shall be brought only in the courts located in the Specified State.
