Where, at the time of appointment any Specified Task is reasonably likely to extend beyond 24 calendar months, the parties agree that such positions will be filled by a person employed as a permanent employee.
Casual Employees are also entitled to two days compassionate leave in the same circumstances as Permanent Employees and Specified Task Employees, however, this leave will be unpaid.

Where it is demonstrated that the Specified Task Employee employment is not consistent with relevant case law considering the nature of specified task employment, Quickway Constructions will offer to convert the Specified Task Employee to ongoing employment, as a Permanent Employee.
