Examples of Sponsorship in a sentence
This Agreement defines the Company’s Sponsorship of U.S. Travel, including: (1) a license for use of certain U.S. Travel intellectual property; (2) the Company’s sponsorship of certain U.S. Travel programs; (3) the Company’s participation in certain U.S. Travel convention/trade show activities; (4) U.S. Travel’s support of certain activities of the Company; and/or (5) other related commitments as set forth in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Sponsorship and related benefits are subject to print and production deadlines, and sponsorships purchased beyond published print and production deadlines are subject to availability.
All elements for each Sponsorship Package are based upon Sponsor/Advertiser commitment prior to October 1st of the current school year.

Assignment — Sponsorship and Advertising contracts may not be assigned or transferred by Sponsor/Advertiser or its Agency if any.
