SPP Threshold definition

SPP Threshold means either the RfL(I) SPP Threshold or the Train Operator SPP Threshold (each as defined in paragraph 18 of Schedule 8);
SPP Threshold has the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph 18 of Schedule 8;
SPP Threshold means the value specified in respect of the end of the relevant Calculation Term in Appendix 3 (as indexed in accordance with paragraph 19).

Examples of SPP Threshold in a sentence

  • The CVL IM shall indemnify the Train Operator against all Relevant Losses in accordance with this paragraph 18 if, and to the extent that, the Average Periodic Liability shows the CVL IM has exceeded (that is, equalled or been worse than) the relevant SPP Threshold.

  • Review Appendices 1 and 2 to this Schedule 8 and the definitions of RfL(I) SPP Threshold and Train Operator SPP Threshold are the Matters Subject to Rebenchmarking.

More Definitions of SPP Threshold

SPP Threshold means the value specified in respect of the end of the relevant Calculation Term in Appendix 4 (as indexed in accordance with paragraph 13).

Related to SPP Threshold

  • Ownership Threshold means, with respect to any Person, Beneficial Ownership of the greater of (A) 15% of the Common Shares at any time outstanding or (B) the percentage of the outstanding Common Shares Beneficially Owned by such Person on the date of this Rights Agreement, plus in the case of this clause (B) 1% of the Common Shares outstanding on such date.

  • Minimum Threshold means the average daily yield on the 10 Year Treasury Note (as reported in the Bloomberg GT10 index) over the Award Period.

  • Bid threshold means the dollar amount set in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-3, above which a Board shall advertise for and receive sealed bids in accordance with procedures set forth in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq.

  • Stated Threshold means total losses under the shared loss agreements in the amount of $41,000,000.00.

  • Minimum Takedown Threshold shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.4.
