Sprint Marks definition

Sprint Marks has the meaning assigned to the term in Section 11.2.
Sprint Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03.
Sprint Marks are the trade names, logo, service marks, brands and other trademarks of Sprint.

  • Sprint Marks with third parties or on retail packaging is prohibited unless authorized by the License Agreement.

  • During such time, RadioShack may continue to use the Sprint Marks (but not in Combination ▇▇▇▇ Format), but such use shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and limited to the Products RadioShack has on order and in inventory as of the termination of this Agreement.

  • RadioShack shall promptly notify Sprint of any unauthorized use of the Sprint Marks that comes to RadioShack's attention.

  • Upon Sprint’s request, Purchaser will provide to Sprint any materials using the Sprint Marks for Sprint’s review to determine compliance with this Agreement.


More Definitions of Sprint Marks

Sprint Marks means those Sprint trademarks, trade names, logos, designations and trade dress elements used in connection with a specific Product or the related packaging, marketing and/or advertising campaigns, and identified in the applicable Contract Addendum associated with that Product.
Sprint Marks means, with respect to this Contract Addendum, those Sprint trademarks, trade names, and trade dress elements intended for use in London or the related packaging, marketing and advertising campaigns, as mutually agreed to by the parties.
Sprint Marks means any and all Marks belonging or licensed to Sprint.
Sprint Marks means the marks "Sprint," "Sprint PCS," "Sprint Nationwide PCS," "Sprint PCS Vision," "PCS Vision," "Sprint Spectrum," and those other marks identified in the Sprint Brand Guidelines.
Sprint Marks means trademarks and trade-dress that Sprint authorizes VMU to use or display pursuant to Sprint Trademark License Agreement.

Related to Sprint Marks

  • Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.

  • Product Marks shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.

  • Company Marks means the trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and/or service names of the Company.

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.

  • Service mark means a word, name, symbol, or device or any combination of a word, name, symbol, or device, used by a person to identify services and to distinguish the services of that person, including a unique service, from the services of others, and to indicate the source of the services, even if that source is unknown. Titles, character names used by a person, and other distinctive features of radio or television programs may be registered as service marks notwithstanding that they, or the programs, may advertise the goods of a sponsor.
