Sprint Wireless Network definition

Sprint Wireless Network means any and all telecommunications systems built, owned or operated by Sprint or any of the Sprint Affiliates.

  • Sprint Pre­ Existing IP includes all equipment, materials, drawings, software, and data related to the operation of the Sprint Wireless Network that MobiTV receives directly or indirectly from Sprint or from a third party on behalf of Sprint.

  • If (i) the parties are unable to mutually agree that a game is a game of skill and (ii) Sorrent does not plan to offer an alternative means of entry to the game, Sorrent agrees that the game will not be offered via the Sprint Wireless Network.

  • This Agreement is for the provision of Sorrent Services to Users with Handsets via transmission by Sprint across the Sprint Wireless Network.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • Sprint PCS means any or all of the following Related Parties who are License holders or signatories to the Management Agreement: Sprint Spectrum L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, WirelessCo, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, SprintCom, Inc., a Kansas corporation, PhillieCo Partners I, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, PhillieCo, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Sprint Telephony PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Sprint PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, American PCS Communications, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and APC PCS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Any reference in the Management Agreement or Services Agreement to ▇▇▇ Communications PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or ▇▇▇ PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, is changed to Sprint Telephony PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or Sprint PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, respectively, to reflect name changes filed with the Delaware Secretary of State in 2002.

  • Mobile Wireless Service means all mobile wireless telecommunications services, including commercial mobile radio service (CMRS). CMRS includes paging, air-ground radio, telephone service and offshore radiotelephone services, as well as mobile telephony services, such as the service offerings of carriers using cellular radiotelephone, broadband PCS and SMR licenses. "Multiple Exchange Carrier Access Billing" or "MECAB" refers to the document prepared by the Billing Committee of the Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF), which functions under the auspices of the Carrier Liaison Committee (CLC) of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS). The MECAB document, published by ATIS (0401004-00XX), contains the recommended guidelines for the Billing of an access service provided by two (2) or more LECs (including a LEC and a CLEC), or by one (1) LEC in two (2) or more states within a single LATA. "Multiple Exchange Carrier Ordering and Design" or "MECOD" Guidelines for Access Services - Industry Support Interface, refers to the document developed by the Ordering/Provisioning Committee under the auspices of the Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF), which functions under the auspices of the Carrier Liaison Committee (CLC) of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS).
