Stabilized Condition definition
Stabilized Condition means a condition whereby the physician treating the Member must decide when the Member may be considered stabilized for transfer or discharge, and that decision is binding on the Plan.
Life-threatening condition means any disease or condition from which the likelihood of death is probable unless the course of the disease or condition is interrupted.
Stabilized means land that has been treated to withstand normal exposure to natural forces without incurring erosion damage.
Stabilized Property means, any Property that is not a Development Property.
Specified Condition means, with respect to a party, any event specified as such for that party in Paragraph 13.
Failed Remarketing Condition means a Failed Remarketing Condition-Purchased VRDP Shares or a Failed Remarketing Condition-Unpurchased VRDP Shares.
