Stable and predictable definition

Stable and predictable means a condition in which a client’s clinical and behavioral status, as assessed by the registered nurse, is determined to be non-fluctuating and consistent, is not recuperative in nature, and does not require the regularly scheduled care of a registered or licensed practical nurse.
Stable and predictable means that the patient’s medical condition is known, through the nurse’s assessment, to be consistent and nonfluctuating; “stable and predictable” includes a terminally ill patient with a predictable deteriorating condition;
Stable and predictable means a situation where the client's clinical and behavioral state is known, not characterized by rapid changes, and does not require continuous reassessment and evaluation.
