In cases of “needs to improve” or “unsatisfactory”, the faculty member will have a Standard evaluation in the following semester, if still employed as a faculty member.
They shall occur at intervals that are at least as frequent as those prescribed in Sections 10.2.a, 10.4.a, and 10.5.a and can take the form of a Standard evaluation or a specialized evaluation (for example, a Special Evaluation or a Division Chair evaluation).
