Standard Form Documentation definition

Standard Form Documentation means the standard form documents to be used by the Borrower in the origination of Mortgage Loans as the same have been initialled by the parties hereto for the purpose of identification and annexed hereto in Annexure 2 or as otherwise changed, varied, supplemented or substituted by or on behalf of the Borrower as approved and agreed by the Lender.
Standard Form Documentation means each form Financing Contract, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit I-1, with such modifications or additions as may be permitted pursuant to the Exceptions Manual or as may otherwise be agreed by GE and IKON (if applicable) in accordance with Section 5.4.
Standard Form Documentation means the standard form documents used or to be used by the Borrower or CMC and the other Donors (as defined under the Supplemental Sale Agreement) where origination has continued in the name of such companies after the date hereof in the origination of Mortgage Loans as the same have been initialled by the parties hereto for the purpose of identification and annexed hereto in Annexure 2 or as otherwise changed, varied or substituted by or on behalf of the Borrower as approved and agreed by the Lender.
