Standards and Procedures definition

Standards and Procedures means the documents listed in Schedule 4 and any other guidelines, rules, requirements or Site specific conditions which the Principal makes available to the Contractor from time to time.
Standards and Procedures means standards of conduct and internal controls that are reasonably capable of reducing the likelihood of criminal conduct.

  • To the extent DD Services are performed by County, the delivery of each DD Service will comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and meet the standards for such DD Service as set forth herein, including but not limited to, any terms, conditions, standards and requirements set forth in the Service Element Standards and Procedures.
