To the extent DD Services are performed by County, the delivery of each DD Service will comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and meet the standards for such DD Service as set forth herein, including but not limited to, any terms, conditions, standards and requirements set forth in the Service Element Standards and Procedures.
