Standards and Standard Specifications definition

Standards and Standard Specifications means the construction and design requirements and standards of The University of Texas System Office of Facilities Planning and Construction (“OFPC”), and various building and life safety codes as specified in the OFPC Owner’s Design Guidelines which are incorporated by reference.
