The consultants chosen to perform the services outlined in this RFQ shall prepare Initial Studies, or portions of Initial Studies, and supporting documents that meet all of the requirements set forth in the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code 21000 et seq.) and the State CEQA guidelines (California Code of Regulations, section 15000 et seq.).
