The Town must comply with the Federal Single Audit Act of 1984, P.L. 98-502 and the Amendments of 1996, P.L. 104-156 and with the Connecticut General Statutes §7-396a and the State Single Audit Act §§4-230 through 236 inclusive, and regulations promulgated thereunder.
