If the Company shall make such a request, the Bank, in its sole discretion, may elect to extend the Stated Expiration Date then in effect, and in such event the Bank shall deliver to the Company a notice (herein referred to as a “Notice of Extension”) designating the date to which the Stated Expiration Date will be extended and the conditions of such consent (including, without limitation, conditions relating to legal documentation and the consent of the Trustee).
