Statistical Data definition

Statistical Data means any and all information reflecting the access or usage patterns of any Product(s) by or on behalf of Customer or any Authorized User and general information about Customer’s and its Authorized Userscomputer system from which the Product is being accessed (for example, system configuration, type of internet connectivity, RAM, CPU, operating system, browser version), including any statistical or other analysis, information or data based on or derived from any of the foregoing; provided that such information has been anonymized so as to not identify Customer or any Authorized User.
Statistical Data means any information/data that Cisco derives from Customer Data and/or Telemetry Data, provided that such information/data is aggregated and/or de-identified such that it cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual or entity.
Statistical Data means non-personal statistical, demographic, or usage data or metadata generated in connection with any use of the Qlik Products. Statistical Data does not include any personally identifiable information or any personal data and is owned by Qlik.

Examples of Statistical Data in a sentence

  • Customer grants A10 a non-exclusive, fully paid-up, royalty-free worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, assignable, irrevocable, and perpetual license to use such Statistical Data and Usage Information, provided that such data is de-identified and aggregated so that neither Customer nor any individual User can be identified.

  • To the extent used for external marketing purposes, Statistical Data will be aggregated and anonymized and will not identify Customer, its Users, or any natural person.

  • Such Statistical Data may include and is not limited to data regarding the quantity of traffic, bandwidth usage, and viability of the Products for A10’s use as well as data for billing, providing Customer Support and other services (collectively, “Usage Information”).

  • A10 will be free (during and after the term hereof) to (i) use Statistical Data and Usage Information to improve and enhance the Products and for other development, diagnostic and corrective purposes in connection with the Products and other A10 offerings, and (ii) use such Statistical Data and Usage Information as necessary solely for A10’s business purposes.

  • A10 will use reasonable methods to monitor and collect Statistical Data and Usage Information to better optimize the operation of the Products, related network(s), and services and may use such Statistical Data, Usage Information and the know- how resulting from the provision of the Products to enhance, improve and provide them and new or enhanced products and services.


More Definitions of Statistical Data

Statistical Data means aggregated, anonymised data derived from the Customer or Users’ use of the Platform or Services which does not include any personal data or Customer Confidential Information.
Statistical Data means any information or data that the Supplier derives from customer data or Telemetry Data, provided that such information or data is aggregated or de-identified such that it cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual or entity.
Statistical Data means information and data provided by Customer through the use of the Products, which may include configuration data, systems logs, core dumps, performance and capacity statistics, and hardware and software failure alerts.
Statistical Data means aggregate statistical data collected by Operator from the usage of the information housed or maintained by Operator under this Agreement, which data shall not include the identities (whether by name, address or otherwise) of the users (i.e., persons accessing such information).
Statistical Data means the data, which is anonymised and used solely for the purpose of producing statistical reports pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2017/222611, Regulation (EU) 2018/124012, Regulation (EU) 2018/186013, Regulation (EU) 2018/186114, Regulation (EU) 2018/186215 and Regulation (EU) 2019/81616 of the European Parliament and of the Council;
Statistical Data means the data, which is anonymised and used solely for the purpose of producing statistical reports pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2017/222611, Regulation (EU) 2018/124012, Regulation (EU) 2018/186013,
Statistical Data means any information/data that Red Sky derives from Customer Data and/or Telemetry Data, provided that such information/data is aggregated and/or de-identified such that it cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual or entity.
