Statistical Release definition
Statistical Release means the statistical release designated “H.15(519)” or any successor publication which is published weekly by the Federal Reserve and which reports yields on actively traded United States government securities adjusted to constant maturities or, if such statistical release is not published at the time of any determination under the Indenture, then such other reasonably comparable index which shall be designated by the Company.

Statistical Release means the then most recently published statistical release designated “H.15(519)” or any successor publication which is published weekly by the Federal Reserve System and which establishes yields on actively traded U.S. Government Securities adjusted to constant maturities or, if such statistical release is not published at the time of any determination hereunder, then such other reasonably comparable index which shall be designated by the Holders holding 66-2/3% in aggregate principal amount of the Outstanding Series CCC Bonds, subject to approval of the Company which approval will not be unreasonably withheld.

Statistical Release means the daily statistical release entitled “H.15 Selected Interest Rates”, or any successor publication, published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, or any successor entity; or, if such Board of Governors no longer publishes the information contained in such statistical release, a publication containing similar information published by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, or any successor or other U.S. governmental body.
