Storage Allocation definition

Storage Allocation means that quantity of Stored Water in acre feet that a Party is allowed to Store in the Coastal Subarea or the Laguna Seca Subarea at any particular time.
Storage Allocation. The amount of data at Client site that may be stored on the Cloud Core. The Storage Allocation is the basis for the minimum TMC paid by Client for Cloud Archive Service.

Examples of Storage Allocation in a sentence

  • Abtech will attempt to give reasonable notice to Client prior to growth exceeding the Storage Allocation so Client may pare back data but will increase the Storage Allocation by at least 1TB if remaining space is 5% or less remaining of the original contracted amount.

  • Client agrees that any data stored beyond the Storage Allocation will incur additional fees per additional TB rounded up to the nearest 1TB increment for the remainder of the term at the then current Abtech rate.

  • Alchemy e-learning courses and observations are not included in the Storage Allocation.

  • For any month in which Subscriber’s Peak Data Use at any time in such month exceeds the Data Storage Allocation, Subscriber shall pay to PTC an amount calculated according to the following formula: namely the Data Storage Overage Fee multiplied by the number of gigabytes that the Subscriber’s Peak Data Use exceeds the Data Storage Allocation (rounded up to the nearest whole number of gigabytes).


More Definitions of Storage Allocation

Storage Allocation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.4 below.
Storage Allocation means the quantity of disc space in the Hosted Environment allocated to the Customer’s subscription to the Cloud Service.
Storage Allocation means the quantity of disc space in the Hosted Environment allocated to Customer’s subscription to the Cloud Service, as set out in the Order Form or Cloud Service Documentation. Support Contact means, if applicable, a subset of Users) (being employees, contractors, agents or a third-party entity) which have been appointed and authorised by Customer to access and use the Support Service. Support Hours means the hours of Objective consultant support for the Support Service as described in the Support Plan (e.g. standard Support Hours are Business Hours - i.e. 8am to 6pm on Business Days).
Storage Allocation means an allocation of an average of 10GB of archive storage per User across each tenant. The Storage Allocation is measured based on the raw data presented to the archive prior to processing. “Subscription Term” means (i) the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending twelve months later (the “Initial Term”) and (ii) each subsequent twelve (12) month term thereafter (each a “Renewal Term”). “Updates” means minor functional enhancements, modifications, extensions, error corrections or bug fixes to the Exclaimer Products.

Related to Storage Allocation

  • Percentage Allocation is defined in Section 4.3(b)(ii)(y).

  • Wasteload allocation or "wasteload" or "WLA" means the portion of a receiving surface water's loading or assimilative capacity allocated to one of its existing or future point sources of pollution. WLAs are a type of water quality-based effluent limitation.

  • Required Allocations means (a) any limitation imposed on any allocation of Net Losses or Net Termination Losses under Section 6.1(b) or 6.1(c)(ii) and (b) any allocation of an item of income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to Section 6.1(d)(i), 6.1(d)(ii), 6.1(d)(iv), 6.1(d)(vii) or 6.1(d)(ix).

  • Allocation Area means that part of a redevelopment project area to which an allocation provision of a declaratory resolution adopted under section 15 of this chapter refers for purposes of distribution and allocation of property taxes.

  • Curative Allocation means any allocation of an item of income, gain, deduction, loss or credit pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.1(d)(ix).
