STU Interface definition

STU Interface means the point at which the CTU network is connected to the intrastate transmission system of the Procurer(s)’s State(s), and at which the Procurer(s) agree to receive power. For generation source in the same state as that of the Procurer(s), the STU Interface shall be the bus- bar of the generating station from which power is contracted to be supplied, at an appropriate voltage level as specified by the STU.
