  • Any costs for such services shall be borne by the Study Abroad Student receiving such services.

  • The Host Institution agrees to make emergency medical services available to each Study Abroad Student.

  • Before a Study Abroad Student’s departure from the country where the Home Institution is located, the Home Institution will require the Study Abroad Student to have medical insurance or equivalent access to medical services valid for use both while traveling to and from the Host Institution and while studying at the Host Institution, to cover the Study Abroad Student during the entire period of his/her participation in the Program.

  • While participating in the Program, I will adhere to the Study Abroad Student Handbook policies along with the J-Book and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Book policies.

  • If I Withdraw or am Separated from my Program at any time or for any reason after I have Committed, Cal Lutheran or my Host Institution may not be able to refund any of my Program Fees, above and beyond the non-refundable Study Abroad Student Fee, tuition, or other Cal Lutheran fees.

  • The Home Institution of each Study Abroad Student will approve the course of study to be undertaken at the Host Institution prior to departure of the Study Abroad Student.

  • If I Withdraw or am Separated from my Program, Cal Lutheran cannot refund me the Study Abroad Student Fee.

  • No later than two (2) weeks after the end of each academic term that this Agreement is in effect, the Host Institution will forward a record of the courses and grades received by each Study Abroad Student to the Home Institution.

  • Examples of cancelations where housing fees may be waived include but are not limited to: Withdraw from University, Meeting four term requirement, Marriage, Internship, Study Abroad, Student Teaching, Graduation (Must provide supporting documentation in all cases).

  • Clinical Studies means human clinical trials for a Licensed Product and any other tests and studies for a Licensed Product in human subjects.

  • Clinical Trials means a controlled study in humans of the safety or efficacy of a Product, and includes, without limitation, such clinical trials as are designed to support expanded labeling or to satisfy the requirements of an Agency in connection with any Product Approval and any other human study used in research and Development of a Product.

  • Clinical means having a significant relationship, whether real or potential, direct or indirect, to the actual rendering or outcome of dental care, the practice of dentistry, or the quality of dental care being rendered to a patient;

  • Clinical Study means a Phase I Study, Phase II Study, Phase III Study, as applicable.

  • Clinical Trial means a Phase I Clinical Trial, Phase II Clinical Trial or Phase III Clinical Trial, or any post-approval human clinical trial, as applicable.
