Sub-processor definition

Sub-processor any third Party appointed to process Personal Data on behalf of that Processor related to this Agreement;

Sub-processor means any Data Processor engaged by MailChimp or its Affiliates to assist in fulfilling its obligations with respect to providing the Services pursuant to the Agreement or this DPA. Sub-processors may include third parties or members of the MailChimp Group.

Sub-processor means a third party engaged by the Processor for carrying out processing activities in respect of the Personal Data on behalf of the Processor;

Sub-processor means any third party appointed to process Personal Data on behalf of the Contractor related to this Contract.

Sub-processor means a BT Affiliate or BT’s supplier or subcontractor that BT engages to Process Customer Personal Data for the purposes of this Agreement.

Sub-processor means any person or entity appointed by or on behalf of the Processor to process personal data on behalf of the Controller

Sub-processor means a sub-processor appointed by the Data Processor to process the Personal Data; and

Sub-processor means a third party engaged by the Processor for carrying out processing activities in respect of the Personal Data on behalf of the Processor; and

Sub-processor or “Sub-data Processor” means the third party service providers engaged by the Data Processor who interact with the Controller’s Data (in part or full) so as to assist the Data Processor in fulfilling its obligations with respect to providing the Services as per the Terms of Service.
