Sub-project definition
Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan;
Sub-project means any activity under Part A of the Project, in respect of which a Sub-Grant has been, or may be, provided; and
Sub-project means a specific project, selected in accordance with paragraph 5 of Section I.C. of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, which is proposed to be carried out by a Beneficiary Enterprise, in whole or in part through the utilization of the proceeds of a Sub-loan or a Lease Financing.
More Definitions of Sub-project
Sub-project means a specific market development investment project under Part B of the Project that meet the eligibility and selection criteria and the Borrower’s cost-sharing requirements set forth in the Operations Manual, to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-grant, and the term “Sub-projects” means, collectively, the plural thereof.
Sub-project means any investment activity referred to under Part A or Part B of the Project, and to be financed by a Sub-grant.
Sub-project means a specific project, selected in accordance with the provisions of the Operational Manual, which is proposed to be carried out by a Sub-project Sponsor through the utilization of the proceeds of a Sub-loan or a Financing Lease and which is either the “Renewable Energy Sub-project” (as defined above), or “Energy Efficiency Sub-project” (as defined above).
Sub-project means a sub-project selected for implementation under Part A of the Project in accordance with the principles and procedures, and eligibility criteria set forth in the Operational Manual.
Sub-project means the sub-project to be financed through the Sub-loan under Part B of the Project;
Sub-project means a Project described in Sub-schedule “C.1” (Project Description, Budget and Timelines).
Sub-project means a Community Sub-project or a Construction Sub-project, as the case may be.
