Subscriber Data definition
Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.
Subscriber Data means the name, address, telephone number, and any other information identifying a subscriber of a communications services provider.
Subscriber Data means the electronic data or information submitted by you, your Usersor Authorized Parties to the Service.

Filevine shall have no obligation to retain any Subscriber data more than thirty (30) days after termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Subscriber Data means any data pertaining to:
Subscriber Data means data collected or stored by Subscriber using Cloud Offerings, including, but not limited to, financial, business and technical information, engineering plans, customer and supplier information, research, designs, plans, and compilations, but not including any of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Proprietary Information.
Subscriber Data means electronic data about Authorized Users’ activity and Subscriber’s applications that is collected and processed in or through the use of the Subscription Services by Subscriber.
Subscriber Data means all electronic data or information submitted to and transmitted through the Oracle Cloud Service by Your Users.
Subscriber Data as used in this Agreement means the electronic data and files entered, imported, uploaded or transferred into the Subscription by Subscriber, its Affiliate, a User, or a Candidate, excluding any iCIMS Content.
Subscriber Data means any data held by a service provider relating to the subscription to the services, pertaining to:
Subscriber Data means all data, information, content and other materials stored or transmitted by Subscriber and any Authorized User through the SaaS Services (i) in their user accounts; and (ii) on any Third Party Application, excluding any Third Party Data and any Mark43 Data.
