  • Unless this Agreement is terminated earlier in accordance with this Section 4, the initial term of this Agreement will be the period between the Subscription Start Date and the Subscription End Date as set forth in the Quote (the “Term”), and will automatically renew for successive, one-year periods (each, a “Renewal Term”) unless either party provides the other party with written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current period.

  • This Subscription shall commence as of the date of the last signature hereto and shall continue until the earlier of (i) the Subscription End Date set forth on the cover page of this Subscription, (ii) the date specified in the Proposal and (iii) the one (1) year anniversary of the date of the last signature hereto.

  • If You terminate the Agreement as described in this Section, it will end on the Subscription End Date.

  • Customer has until the Subscription End Date to cancel the subscription.

  • If You do not terminate in accordance with this Section at least thirty (30) days prior to the Subscription End Date, the Agreement will automatically renew for the next month.

  • Subject to compliance with all terms and conditions, the term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until the Subscription End Date specified on the Order Form (the “Initial Term”).

  • Upon receipt of payment of the Annual Subscription Fee, the Province will send a Notice of Subscription to the Subscriber setting out the Subscription Start Date and Subscription End Date.

  • BidPal will invoice Customer 30-45 days before the Subscription End Date to renew the annual subscription.
