Subsequent Reset Rate of Interest definition

Subsequent Reset Rate of Interest means, in respect of any Subsequent Reset Period and subject to Condition 5.2(b), the rate of interest determined by the Calculation Agent on the relevant Reset Determination Date as the sum of the relevant Reference Rate and First Margin.
Subsequent Reset Rate of Interest means, in respect of any Subsequent Reset Period, the rate of interest determined by the Calculation Agent on the Reset Determination Date corresponding to such Subsequent Reset Period as the sum of the relevant Mid-Swap Rate plus the relevant Margin;
Subsequent Reset Rate of Interest means, in respect of any Subsequent Reset Period and subject to Condition 4(e)(ii) (where applicable), the rate of interest determined by the Calculation Agent on the relevant Reset Determination Date as the sum of the relevant Reset Rate and the relevant Subsequent Margin, with such sum converted (if necessary) to a basis equivalent to the frequency with which scheduled payments are payable on the Notes during the relevant Reset Period (such calculation to be made by the Calculation Agent); and

  • If on any Reset Determination Date only one of the Reference Banks provides the Calculation Agent with a Mid-Market Swap Rate Quotation as provided in the foregoing provisions of this paragraph, the First Reset Rate of Interest or the Subsequent Reset Rate of Interest (as applicable) shall be determined to be the sum of the relevant Mid-Market Swap Rate Quotation provided and the First Margin or Subsequent Margin (as applicable), all as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • If two or more of the Reference Banks provide the Calculation Agent with Mid- Market Swap Rate Quotations, the First Reset Rate of Interest or the Subsequent Reset Rate of Interest (as applicable) for the relevant Reset Period shall be the sum of the arithmetic mean (rounded, if necessary, to the nearest 0.001 per cent.

Subsequent Reset Rate of Interest means, in respect of any Subsequent Reset Period and subject to Condition 5(b)(ii) (Interest - Interest on Reset Notes - Fallbacks), the rate of interest determined by the Calculation Agent on the relevant Reset Determination Date as the sum, converted from a basis equivalent to the Fixed Leg Swap Duration specified in the applicable Final Terms or the Reference Bond Yield, as the case may be, to a basis equivalent to the frequency with which scheduled interest payments are payable on the Notes during the relevant Reset Period (such calculation to be determined by the Issuer in conjunction with a leading financial institution selected by it), of (A) the relevant Reset Reference Rate and (B) the relevant Subsequent Margin.

Subsequent Reset Rate of Interest means, in respect of any Subsequent Reset Period and subject to Condition 5(b)(iii) (Fallback Provision for Resettable Notes) below or (if applicable) to Condition 5(d) (Benchmark discontinuation) below, the rate of interest being determined by the Calculation Agent on the relevant Reset Determination Date as the sum of the relevant Reset Rate plus the applicable Subsequent Margin, adjusted as necessary.
