Subsidiary Articles of Association definition
Subsidiary Articles of Association means the articles of association of the relevant Core Subsidiary as amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;
Subsidiary Articles of Association means the articles of association of the relevant Core Subsidiary, as amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
