Subsidiary Guarantor definition

Subsidiary Guarantor means each Subsidiary that has executed and delivered a Subsidiary Guaranty.
Subsidiary Guarantor means, collectively, the Subsidiaries of the Borrower that are Guarantors.
Subsidiary Guarantor means each Subsidiary of the Borrower that is or becomes a party to the Subsidiary Guaranty or delivers a guaranty pursuant to Section 7.11.

  • The Subsidiary Guarantors will have the right to seek contribution from any non-paying Subsidiary Guarantor so long as the exercise of such right does not impair the rights of the Holders under the Subsidiary Guarantee.

More Definitions of Subsidiary Guarantor

Subsidiary Guarantor means any Guarantor other than Holdings.
