Examples of Subsidiary of the Corporation in a sentence
The Corporation will have the right at all times to assign any of its respective rights or obligations under this Indenture to a direct or indirect wholly owned Subsidiary of the Corporation, provided that, in the event of any such assignment, the Corporation will remain liable for all such obligations.
In connection with any such issuance or transfer, the person acquiring the shares shall, if requested by the Corporation, give assurances satisfactory to counsel to the Corporation in respect of such matters as the Corporation or any Subsidiary of the Corporation may deem desirable to assure compliance with all applicable legal requirements.
Any such termination of employment of the Grantee described in the preceding sentence shall not be deemed to occur by reason of transfer of employment of the Grantee by or between the Corporation and any division or Subsidiary of the Corporation.
This Indenture may not be used to interpret another indenture, loan or debt agreement of the Corporation or any Subsidiary of the Corporation.
As used in this Agreement, the term "Corporation" includes each Subsidiary of the Corporation.
