Substantial change in circumstances definition

Substantial change in circumstances means that a docu- mented change related to the risk that qualified the child as a child of high risk under par. (j) has occurred to the child in one or more areas of special needs, including physical, behavioral or emo- tional special needs, that would result in a change in the supple- mental rate as determined by the uniform foster care rate schedule under s. HFS 56.11.
Substantial change in circumstances means that a docu- mented change related to the risk that qualified the child as a child of high risk under par. (j) has occurred to the child in one or more areas of special needs, including physical, behavioral or emo- tional special needs, that would result in a change in a supplemen- tal payment determined under one of the following:

  • Change in Circumstance means any significant change to you, including but not limited to:

  • Material Change in Formula means the occurrence since the Launch Date of a material change in the formula for, or the method of, calculating the Reference Price.

  • Extraordinary circumstances means floods, snow, ice storms, tornadoes, earthquakes, or other

  • Exigent Circumstances means circumstances where collection or disclosure is urgently necessary, such that procedures that would otherwise be required cannot be followed.

  • Substantial change means a change to the terms of this Agreement that reduces your rights or increases your responsibilities.
