Substantial Completion Punch List definition

Substantial Completion Punch List means the written list of items of Work with respect to ▇▇▇▇ ▇ or the Unit 5 Scrubber (which Contractor prepares and with which Owner agrees prior to Substantial Completion) that remain to be completed by Contractor after Substantial Completion of Unit 6 or the Unit 5 Scrubber but prior to Final Completion of Unit 6 or the Unit 5 Scrubber and which shall not affect the safety, reliability or operability of the Facility.
Substantial Completion Punch List. Items" for a Component or Phase of the Development means the items of Work with respect thereto that are incomplete as of the Substantial Completion Date for that Component or Phase of the Development. "Substantial Completion Punch List" means the list of those items as contemplated by Section 7.13 of this GDA.
Substantial Completion Punch List means a list of Punch-List Items confirmed by Company’s Representative pursuant to Subsection (c) of the definition of Substantial Completion.

  • Upon Substantial Completion of the entire Work or, if applicable, any portion of the Work, Owner shall release to Construction Manager all retained amounts relating, as applicable, to the entire Work or completed portion of the Work, less an amount equal to the reasonable value of all remaining or incomplete items of Work as noted in the Certificate of Substantial Completion Punch List and all Liquidated Damages and other damages for which Owner determines Construction Manager is liable.

More Definitions of Substantial Completion Punch List

Substantial Completion Punch List means the list of items of Work to be completed or corrected by Contractor for Substantial Completion.
Substantial Completion Punch List means a list of items of Work to be completed or corrected by DBE to achieve Substantial Completion. The items on the Substantial Completion Punch List are not priced. This list is not the Final Punch List that is prepared once Substantial Completion has been achieved.

Related to Substantial Completion Punch List

  • Substantial Completion Date means the required date for Substantial Completion of the Project. The Substantial Completion Date can be adjusted only by written Change Order.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Substantial Completion Certificate means the certificate issued and approved by the Authority indicating the date upon which the Trade Contractor Work (or a designated portion thereof) is Substantially Complete.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Punch List means the list of items, prepared in connection with the inspection of the Project by the Owner’s Representative or Architect in connection with Substantial Completion of the Work or a portion of the Work, which the Owner’s Representative or Architect has designated as remaining to be performed, completed or corrected before the Work will be accepted by the Owner.
