Substitute Contracts definition

Substitute Contracts means, for purposes of this Agreement, the Substitute Contracts listed in the Subsequent List of Contracts attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Substitute Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in the Prospectus of each Fund.
Substitute Contracts means the Substitute Drillship Contract and the Substitute Rig Contract.

  • New Contracts means binding new agreements or amendments to existing agreements with customers.
