In order to facilitate the investment of cash Collateral on behalf of the Funds, and as a condition precedent to the effectiveness of this Agreement, the Client shall, at the request of the Lending Agent, execute on behalf of the Funds and deliver to the Lending Agent, a Subscription Agreement and/or Substitute form W-9 in such form as may be prescribed by the applicable investment fund from time to time.
