Successful Resolution Applicant definition

Successful Resolution Applicant means the Resolution Applicant, whose Resolution Plan is accepted by the CoC and to whom the Letter of Intent is issued by the RP, in accordance with the terms of this RFRP, for the purposes of the Proposed Transaction.

More Definitions of Successful Resolution Applicant

Successful Resolution Applicant or “Successful Applicant” means the Resolution Applicant whose Compliant Resolution Plan is approved by the CoC and to whom the Letter of Intent is issued by the CoC, in accordance with the terms of this RFRP.
Successful Resolution Applicant means the Selected Resolution Applicant whose Compliant Resolution Plan is approved by the CoC under Section 30(4) of the Code and submitted to the Adjudicating Authority under Section 30(6) of the Code read with Regulation 39 of CIRP Regulations, in accordance with the Process Note.

Related to Successful Resolution Applicant

  • Supplemental Resolution means any resolution or resolutions of the Trust amending, modifying or supplementing this Bond Resolution, authorizing the issuance of a Series of Refunding Bonds, or any other Supplemental Resolution adopted by the Trust pursuant to the provisions of this Bond Resolution.

  • Initial Resolution Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).

  • Resolution date means the date the funded amount, plus the

  • resolution plan means a plan proposed by resolution applicant for insolvency resolution of the corporate debtor as a going concern in accordance with Part II;

  • Series Resolution means a resolution of the Corporation authorizing the issuance of a Series of Bonds in accordance with the terms and provisions of the General Trust Indenture, adopted by the Corporation in accordance with Section 204 of the General Trust Indenture.
