Superseding Effect definition

Superseding Effect. This agreement supersedes any and all previous agreements between DEPARTMENT and PROVIDER.
Superseding Effect is hereby amended by adding thereto the following items at the end of such paragraph:

Related to Superseding Effect

  • Binding Effect The provisions, covenants and conditions in this Contract apply to bind the parties, their legal heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns.
