Supervised Fieldwork definition

Supervised Fieldwork means fieldwork that is guided, directed, or evaluated by an individual from a Commission-approved programs and/or employing district that is designed to assist a candidate in mastering the required knowledge skills, and abilities expected of the candidate.
Supervised Fieldwork for Teacher Education courses (undergraduate or graduate) as used herein and elsewhere in this agreement means participation in the duties and function of classroom teaching under the direct supervision and instruction of employees of the DISTRICT who hold valid teaching credentials issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing, authorizing them to serve as classroom teachers in the schools or classes in which the supervised fieldwork experience is provided, and have completed a minimum of three years successful teaching experience. Supervised fieldwork activities may include observation of classrooms/school activities as well as assisting the classroom teacher with instruction and/or teaching on a limited basis in the DISTRICT employee’s classroom. The maximum number of supervised fieldwork hours spent in a DISTRICT setting for any one UNIVERSITY course’s assignments is 60 hours per 16-week semester. Time spent in Teacher Education Program supervised fieldwork experiences are used by the credential candidate for credit as hours toward credentialing by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.

Examples of Supervised Fieldwork in a sentence

  • The District and its employees shall not be entitled to compensation from University for services or actions of benefit to District which are a part of, or related to, the School Psychology Supervised Fieldwork program.

  • University shall provide District with written philosophy, course outline, and course objectives for the School Psychology Supervised Fieldwork program, prior to the student’s placement in the said program.

  • The parties agree to abide by the College Supervised Fieldwork Policies and Procedures Manual in addition to the obligations set forth above.

  • District shall permit each student who is designated by the University, pursuant to Section II herein, to participate in the School Psychology Supervised Fieldwork program and permit such students access to resources and/or documents appropriate for such experience and assigned tasks.

  • The students are not employees of either Party during their School Psychology Supervised Fieldwork experience.

  • District shall provide qualified administrators and/or credentialed school psychologists for coordination and/or administration of the School Psychology Supervised Fieldwork program.

  • University employees and students shall not be entitled to compensation from District in connection with any services or actions of benefit to District which are a part of, or related to, the School Psychology Supervised Fieldwork program.

  • During the fieldwork, the trainee will engage in the following types of activities: ___ By the end of the fieldwork, the trainee will: ___ Provide proof of the completed Supervised Fieldwork Checklist and Tip Sheet to the supervisor prior to the onset of fieldwork.

Related to Supervised Fieldwork

  • Supervised Persons for purposes of this Code means:

  • Supervised Person means directors, officers and partners of an Adviser (or other persons occupying a similar status or performing similar functions), employees of an Adviser, and any other person who provides advice on behalf of an Adviser and is subject to the Adviser’s supervision and control.

  • Supervising pharmacist means an Iowa-licensed pharmacist who is on duty in an Iowa-licensed pharmacy and who is responsible for assigning and supervising the duties performed by a pharmacy support person.

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Intensive supervision program means a parole program that
