Supervised Group definition

Supervised Group means, collectively, the Supervised Group Companies.
Supervised Group means the Issuer and the EEA Regulated Subsidiaries; "Suspension" has the meaning given to it in Condition 8(d);

  • This Agreement covers all positions within Oranga Tamariki, except those positions excluded below: • Manager positions that have Human Resource and or Financial Delegations, other than Supervisor Social Worker, Team Leader Supervised Group Homes and Remand Homes, Team Leader Support Services.
