  • The Bond shall be issued under and secured pursuant to the provisions of the Master Bond Resolution adopted by the Issuer on March 22, 2022 (the “Master Resolution”) and supplemented by that First Supplemental Bond Resolution providing for the issuance of the Issuer’s Combined Public Utility Refunding Revenue Bond, Series 2022 on a forward delivery basis, adopted by the Issuer on March 22, 2022 (the “Supplemental Resolution,” and together with the Master Resolution, the “Bond Resolution”).
