Supplying Party has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.4(2);

Supplying Party means a party to this Agreement that manufactures certain Membranes ordered by the other party pursuant to this Agreement and that sells such Membranes to the other party.

If a Disclosing Party is required to disclose any Confidential Information under this section, a Supplying Party shall have the right to immediately suspend supplying such Confidential Information to the Disclosing Party.
